What kind of shipping do you use?

We send all of our orders with either Australia Post, or Courier (TNT, Startrack, Fastway) to ensure the most effective and quickest delivery of your order anywhere in Australia. You can opt to use Standard, Express or Courier shipping options. All parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes we do! Please note however, if you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, you will need to select Australia Post as your shipping option. Couriers cannot facilitate this service.

What are your shipping options?
The below shipping options are available (pending the value of your order), all of which require a signature on delivery. Please note that if you have not received your parcel within the transit time estimate (as provided by the shipping carrier) please contact us via phone, email or chat to have the issue escalated and investigated by our logistics team.

How long does delivery take?
We are a both a retail and wholesale supplier. We are committed to dispatching all orders and provide tracking within one business day of payment being received. However, we are unable to guarantee delivery estimates. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option, however is usually from 1-10 business days from the date of payment.
If any goods you order are not in stock or there is likely to be any delay we will inform you immediately.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
For privacy reasons we require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home to sign for your parcel, it will be taken to your closest Australia Post outlet. A postcard will be left for you, letting you know where to pick up your parcel from. You can see the status/location of your order with the tracking details provided via email.


Has my order been shipped yet?
We’ll send you an email when we have dispatched your order, but you can also log in to your account and check your order’s status.


I haven’t received my order yet, where is it?
Please keep in mind that deliveries can be delayed in the post especially around the busy trading days of the year. Please check the status of your order on the Australia Post website using your tracking details provided via email. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us directly via Live Chat/Email.


Do you ship internationally?
At this stage Glass Bongs ships nationwide across Australia. We also export internationally to Canada, US and the UK. International Shipping requires a signature with delivery estimated for (7 - 14 Days).

Any attempt to use a third party to carry out export or international freight forwarding services is done so at the buyers own risk. Any customs fee's or charges are the responsibility of the buyers under all circumstances.

Moreover, any attempt to export products that are prohibited in your state or country are done so at the buyers own risk. We will not be liable for any items that are confiscated by customs.


I entered the incorrect delivery address for my order. Can I change it?
When you enter your delivery address in checkout, ensure it is correct as we will have to wait until your order returns to us until we can re-ship. Once shipped, your address cannot be changed by you, the postal service, or by us. Parcels which are returned to us as undelivered will incur a re-dispatch fee of $9.95 for Standard and $29.95 for Express. Freight charges paid on the original dispatch are not refundable under any circumstances.

 

I have ordered a Pre-Sale product with other products in the same order. Will they be shipped separately?
If you have ordered a Pre-Sale product. Please also note that if you combine this product with any other products in the same order, it is assumed that you are willing to wait for them to be shipped together. If you wish to receive the other products separately, please get in contact with customer care, so that you can arrange a separate payment of shipping for us to post your order.

 

I paid for Express Shipping, why is my order being sent via Courier?
Some of our products are considered "dangerous or flammable goods" and therefore cannot be air freighted. If this is the case, we will send your order by road via Courier.
