Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders made before 12pm AEDT (Monday - Friday) will be packaged and picked up by your chosen carrier the same day for a fast and quick delivery.

Orders $500 - $999

  • Standard: $35 (5 - 14 days)
  • Express $85 (2 - 7 days)

Orders Over $1,000

  • Standard: Free (5 - 14 days)
  • Express: $85 (2 - 7 days)

Note: All packages require a signature upon delivery for security reasons

SAME-DAY DISPATCH

  • If you place an order and process your bank transfer before 12pm (AEDT) on business days (Monday - Friday), we will pack and dispatch your order to the relevant carrier that same day.
  • Once it's with your selected carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you'll be able to track your order via your shipping/tracking number.
  • Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to be visible.
  • Note: Same-day dispatch and shipping does not include weekends and public holidays.

Discreet Packaging

  • All our parcels are extremely discreet.
  • No information regarding the contents or Glass Bongs Australia Wholesale is visible on the outside of the box.
  • You can safely have our parcels delivered to your business as there will be no indication of the contents inside.

Track My Order

  • After we receive your bank transfer payment and have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your shipping number and a link to track your order via your respective carrier.
  • Alternatively, you can log in to your account, view your order and its tracking number.
  • If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if you have received an incorrect or damaged item.
  • You must contact us within seven days of your parcel being delivered. If you have a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with photo or video evidence of what was received and we will contact you for further action.
  • Ensure you thouroughly inspect all your products for breakages, faults, incorrect or missing items. If you do not report any problems about your item/s within seven days of your parcel being delivered, we assume you received it without damage and it is in working order.
  • We take no responsibility in providing refunds, exchanges or credit for items you damaged yourself after the fact. We also cannot accept returns for items that have been used.
  • If your parcel is returned to sender, we incur a return fee. To re-ship your order, this will incur a new delivery fee.
  • We do not issue refunds for shipping if your order has been returned to sender.

Do You Have Free Shipping?

Yes. Spend over $1,000 and we will send your order Australia-wide for free.

Do You Offer Next-Day Delivery?

Maybe. It depends on where your package is being sent, when you order and which shipping carrier you choose. To increase your chances of receiving your package fast, we recommend ordering early in the week and choosing Australia Post Express.

Can I Edit Or Cancel My Order?

Maybe. If you need to update your order, please contact us at wholesale@glassbongs.com.au immediately. We cannot guarantee changes to your order after your order is placed.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order and bank transfer are complete, you will receive an order confirmation with a package tracking link to your carrier’s website. Click the link to track your order. Alternatively, log in to your account and click on your order number to access your tracking number.

Where Is My Order?

If you placed your order before 12pm (AEDT) Monday – Friday we will package and send your parcel to your respective carrier the same day. Otherwise, your order will be packaged and sent to its respective carrier the following business day.

Use your tracking number and link on your shipping confirmation email or login to your account to see your order status. If you have not received your order within the suggested delivery date range, there could be delays with your carrier due to weekends, public holidays, busy trading periods, COVID-19 and network disruptions. Please contact us for more information.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

When Will I Get My Exchange/Refund?

If you have received a faulty product and a replacement is not available, you should expect to receive your refund within a week of returning your order to us. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 - 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 - 5 business days).
